MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT CONSULTING FOR PRIMARY CARE

MEDICARE UTILIZATION TABLES—FROM 2005

These files were taken from CMS’ website (from data compiled in Feb 2006) in a 70 megabyte file and separated by specialty code into Excel (I used 97-03 Excel as many of you do not have the 2007 Excel program yet, so that you can open it).

You can download these Excel files by clicking on each one that you wish and it will download to your computer.  You can then take the numbers that Medicare paid for in 2005 and run the calculations to get the percentages that you wish and then compare your physician’s billings/codings to see how your doctor compares.

If you wish us to do this for you, there is a fee—depending on which E&M codes you want, your specialty, number of physicians, etc…

If you are primary care—you may wish to contact us as we will spend an hour on the phone with you and your doctor to determine if we can increase your monthly and annual net profits in your practice.   Our guarantee is that if we cannot increase the net practice profits by at least $100,000 per year—you do not pay us a penny.  We only do this with FP, GP, IM and Geriatric specialties.  If you wish to talk to physicians who have followed our advice and have increased their MONTHLY net profits by more than $25,000 per month—let us know by emailing donself@donself.com and I’ll copy you letters from them.

We teach you how to be compliant with the Pay For Performance matrix of PQRI.  While the Pay For Reporting only increases a physician’s income by about $4 per day (Based on the amounts that Medicare sent to providers in November 2009 for 2008 PQRI reportin).   Using our strategy to help your patients while meeting PQRI helps increase income by $1500 to $2500 per day.

You can call us at 903 372-7529 and Don will be glad to talk to you about this.
