The following files are the 2009 Medicare allowed and approved amounts (MPFS, MFS) for medical offices for all states, per state in Excel format.
Note - if your state is not listed,PLEASE let me know. If you have any trouble downloading it - let me know. I saved these files in 97-03 Microsoft Excel instead of the 2007 version which allows larger files since so many people have not updated their Office version.
The two fee columns indicate the Medicare par allowed and the second is the Medicare par allowed if you do the service in the hospital due to the site of service differental .
