In conjunction with Medical Source, Inc (Keith LaBonte & Brad Nolan) We will be more than happy to review your fees, coding patterns, charges, claims, EOBs, new patient information form, preocedure code frequency report and
ABNs and give you our recommended fees for your particular practice, coding suggestions and help identify areas where you are giving away services for free
that you should be charging for. We will also evaluate your documentation to see if you're supporting the level of E&M services you are billing and help you
identify areas where you may be in danger of being fined or penalized in audits.
We have performed this fee and code analysis for the past 21 years and we're very proficient on helping your practice. In fact, if you qualify and we agree to
review your practice (Keep in mind that we only work with certain specialties and may recommend you talk to a different consulting service for specific specialties)
we will give you a guarantee that very few consultants give. In fact, we don't know of any consultants in the country that give this particular guarantee, although
there may be some that we're not aware of.
GUARANTEE If at the end of our consultation where we go over our recommendations, suggestions, and fee report with you and your staff, you feel we have
sufficiently helped your practice, you pay our fee. In fact, if you agree that we increased your practice's monthly income (deposits) by at least $125,000 per year - you pay our
fee. If you do not believe we helped your practice increase the monthly income by at least $125,000 per YEAR, you pay us nothing and owe us nothing. You make the call.
In the past 21 years, we've only found 4 primary care offices where we could NOT increase their income by at least $5,000 per month. We did not charge the practices
for our fee and code analysis and report in those 4 offices. For more than 700 other offices, we definitely increased their monthly income by more than that amount, and they paid our fees on the day we delivered the fee and code report.
WHAT DO WE NEED?
We gather the information we need from you, via the mail and email. We email or fax you a 8 page questionaire (depending on your practice), asking you questions
about the codes you use, the services you use, how you determined your fees, when you use ABNs, percentage of payer mix, etc. We also have you run several
reports on your computer giving us a listing of all CPT codes used year-to-date - as well as how many times you've used each CPT code. We also need a copy of
your current charges or fee schedule, superbill, new patient form and a few other forms you use, as well as 25 claims and EOBs pulled at random (yes - we give you a BAA
to protect you). You complete all this information and send it to us with a $4,000 deposit (Mastercard/Visa accepted as well), with the signed agreement - again stressing our guarantee.
Once we've received all of this information, we review it and schedule a 2 hour phone/internet visit with you and your staff and then we start preparing our report.
WHAT DOES THIS COST YOU?
Our fees are simple. In fact, so simple that we do something that almost no one else does. We tell you in advance what they are. Our fee is $8,000 for a one to 3 provider practice, (plus travel expenses if we determine we need to be on site). A "provider" is a physician, NP or PA.
Again - remember our guarantee and consider this. If we can guarantee that we'll increase your practice income by $125,000 per year, you know that we can usually do much better than that, or our guarantee would be lower!
