NOTE: Many of the full day seminars hosted by Don are granted CEUs from the PAHCS, AMBA and PAHCOM, but they are not official PAHCS, AMBA or PAHCOM sponsored seminars on a national level. In many cases, the local chapter is benefiting from the seminar and helping to promote the seminar - but these are not taught by the national office of the MGMA, PAHCS or PAHCOM. NOTE - these seminars are PROVIDER friendly. We show the providers how to FOLLOW the rules - not get around the rules. We are of the belief that the reason that so many carriers are FINED and PENALIZED by the courts is because so many try to NOT pay the doctor, by whatever methods and means they can. In the meantime, the doctor - IN GOOD FAITH - is providing the services and expecting the carrier to pay fairly. Many payers do not and therefore the doctor is the one that needs the most help in getting their FAIR payment from the provider.
