These sliderules, which fit into a pocket, (that's good news for making them easy to carry- but bad news since doctors lose them easily) use the 1995 and 1997 E&M documentation guidelines. In EVERY seminar that we have used these to teach physicians documentation, we hear from the majority of physicians present, the following statement: "I've been undercoding without the sliderule." That means the sliderules are helping the physicians optimize their income. Just the increase on one office visit more than pays for the sliderule and postage and handling.

The sliderules sell for $12.50 each, plus shipping/handling. We will send you the sliderules you order, along with an invoice). Once you receive it, just drop us a check in the mail. It's really that simple, if you're an existing medical office & you give us the information we need. If you're ordering 5 or more sliderules, please print the form and make sure you include the credit card information and fax it to us at 972 692-8744 as we cannot ship more than 4 without either a credit card or pre-paid check.



SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

We ship to you via UPS, so make sure you do not give us a P.O. Box. Also, UPS charges a $2.00 surcharge for delivering to residential addresses, instead of businesses. WE PASS THIS CHARGE ALONG TO YOU IF YOU HAVE US DELIVER TO A RESIDENCE. Shipping and handling rates depend on the number of sliderules we're shipping to you

  • $ 2.00 for 1 - 20 sliderules
  • $ 5.00 for 21 - 49 sliderules
  • $10.00 for orders over 49 sliderules
  • Call us for shipping charges in excess of 100 sliderules.

    QUANTITY DISCOUNTS

    If we ship you more than 50 in one shipment, the price per sliderule is reduced from $12.50 each to $12.00 each, thereby saving you money. There is no discount for shipments less than 50.
